Golden Raspberry Jam

There is no trick to this, this jam is just made using a yellow variety of raspberries. Maybe even more fruity flavoured than the more common pink varieties and an unusual colour too - well worth a try. Voted best local product in the Milton Keynes Food & Leisure Awards.
