How to Use Your Glut

With a best will in the world, it can be hard when growing your own food not to end up with rather a lot of some ingredients all in one go. Although some would consider this to be a glut, I see this as an opportunity! 

For me, it is all about eating with the seasons and making the most of what you have grown so I like to make a lot of things into preserves such as jam and chutney. However, I also like to come up with creative and tasty ways to enjoy eating ingredients
