Local - we try to keep the food miles as low as possible by using as much locally grown fruit and vegetables as possible, sourcing ingredients from other local suppliers and buying Brisish ingredients.
Food Waste - the main purpose of the business is to use fruit and vegetables that would otherwise be in excess of our family needs. We also happily accept donations of unwanted fruit and vegetables to prevent them from going to waste.
Reusing - we are happy to accept back any empty JamMK jars for reuse. They will be cleaned, sterilised and put back into use with new lids.
